Great ideas, inspiration, and perspectives come from the unexpected. Interesting Vancouver engages with the diverse community by bringing them together for a fun and inspiring night to show off some of the most talented people in Vancouver.
Invited by one of the most recognized design thinkers in Vancouver, Mark Busse offered us the opportunity to be part of the team that could help them leverage and tell some of their stories through art in motion. What started as a collaborative adventure has now become a staple during the conference interstitials every year.
The objective is to reproduce some of the speakers stories from an animation point of view. We trim the best parts of the stories and re-edit them into a colorful version that can synthesize the speakers 20 minute speech into a one minute animated short that continues to play digitally for years to come. We love being part of the program and help our community by joining forces with creative talent and mindful people, who try to make the world a better place.
Do you know of someone interesting in your community who could become the next speaker at Interesting Vancouver? Join us at Interesting Vancouver once every year on the first week of November and stay tuned at http://www.interestingvancouver.com/
